On our first ever origin trip to Honduras in March to the COMSA cooperative, we met Oscar Omar Alonzo on his farm Cual Bicicleta. He's been producing high quality, complex coffees since 1997 and we're proud to offer up our second collab with his beans.
A lovely light roast, we taste notes of strawberry jam, rosehip tea and sugar cane. A very limited batch, so get it while it's hot!
